Why Our Academy Programs Matter
Growing up today is not easy. Young people face pressure at school, on social media, and while planning their future. These workshops give teens a safe and supportive place to build confidence, ask questions, and learn skills that school alone may not cover.
What Youth Can Expect
- Mental health and well-being: practical workshops on stress management and emotional balance.
- Academic guidance: support to discover personal strengths and plan the next steps.
- Leadership and life skills: communication, teamwork, and confidence in real situations.
A Community That Supports Families
Workshops take place at Global Link Trade Hub, 88 Doncaster Ave in Thornhill, a community hub where families, educators and mentors come together.
