Dr. Habib Mousavi explained each principle with real-life examples and showed how it can be applied honestly, without manipulation. The focus was on building trust, not tricking people.

For newcomers building careers in Canada, these skills can open doors. Persuasion also works in everyday life: convincing a landlord, negotiating a price, or helping a family member make a healthy choice. When used ethically, these principles simply help us explain our ideas in a way other people can understand and accept. The seminar included practical exercises so participants could try each principle and see how small changes in wording can change a response.
